In order to provide a stimulating and supportive work environment, the college continues to evaluate and expand opportunities for employee growth and development.

  • The college offers a number of professional development workshops on topics such as leadership, teambuilding, and presentation skills, throughout the year.
  • Seven free confidential counseling sessions per year are available for employees and/or their families through the Employee Assistance Program.
  • Free lunch-hour and after-work programs, including exercise and aerobics classes, financial planning, estate planning, and health-related programs are scheduled throughout the year.
  • Word processing and computer training is available for all employees.
  • The "Perks at Work" program offers employees discounts on a variety of products and services from local merchants and other organizations.
