We believe that innovative thinking in a creative environment creates a revolutionary education.
Olin seeks students that are open to new ideas— and talented enough to develop them to the fullest. We want students who are not only academically accomplished, but also like adventure, thrive on creativity and have an entrepreneurial streak—and come from every kind of cultural, economic and geographic background. Moreover, Olin has enrolled one of the highest percentages of women among the nation’s top engineering colleges. Many prospective Olin students are intrigued by the idea of helping to lead a revolution in engineering education while having an exceptional undergraduate experience. And it’s no small consideration that each student receives a half-tuition merit scholarship!
One of the Best
Once again, the Princeton Review has commended Olin College for its tight-knit community, rigorous academics, project-based learning and ingenious approach to education, and included Olin in the 2016 edition of The Best 380 Colleges. Olin is ranked #1 for 'Best Classroom Experience' and is recognized in 11 other Top 20 ranking lists, including: 'Professors Get High Marks' (#4), 'Great Financial Aid' (#6), 'Best Quality of Life' (#15), and 'Best Career Services' (#16).
The Coalition for Access, Affordability, and Success
Olin College of Engineering is proud to be one of over 80 colleges and universities to have joined the Coalition for Access, Affordability, and Success. Olin’s membership in the Coalition both represents and reinforces our longstanding commitment to transforming engineering education for undergraduate students.
The Coalition Application is not yet available, and will not be available for students applying for entry in Fall 2016. We will continue to use the Common Application for students applying for the Class of 2020.
