Non-discrimination Statement

The following are forms/credentials required to complete the Olin College Application for Admission. These documents must be postmarked no later than December 1, 2007.

 

Form A - Secondary School Report

Form B - Core Math or Science Teacher Recommendation

Form C - Teacher of Choice Recommendation

Form D - Current Senior Grades*

 

* In lieu of Form D - Current Senior Grades, you may submit any one of the following:

  • An updated official transcript that includes grades from the senior year
  • An official copy of the most recent report card from the senior year
  • Some other official document reflecting senior grades thus far
