- Health Insurance: HMO Value Plus Plan, HMO Blue New England, Preferred Provider Plan (PPO). The College contributes 75% of the cost of premium.
- Dental Insurance: We offer Delta Premier and Delta Care.

one times the employee's salary.

- 403 (b) Basic Retirement Plan: All eligible employees must
