  • Health Insurance: HMO Value Plus Plan, HMO Blue New England, Preferred Provider Plan (PPO). The College contributes 75% of the cost of premium.
  • Dental Insurance: We offer Delta Premier and Delta Care. The College contributes 75% of the cost of premium.
  • Group Life Insurance: The College provides coverage equal to one times the employee's salary.

  • 403 (b) Basic Retirement Plan: All eligible employees must participate in the pension plan. The College contributes an amount equal to four times an employee's contribution.
