Working or volunteering abroad can be a wonderful experience and a great addition to any resume. Here are some tips to get you started:

  • Start your search well in advance, at least three to four months, as it takes time to arrange work permits, work placements, housing, etc.
  • Think about your goals for going abroad. Do you want to experience a new place, develop skills, both?
