Biography

Breauna joined Olin in the summer of 2021. She currently serves as the interim Associate Director of Student Equity and Access. She supports underrepresented and marginalized students and strategizes to create initiatives and structures to further ensure equity and inclusion inside and outside of the classroom. Breauna graduated from Olin College in 2014 and worked for 3 years in commissioning, qualification, and validation of pharmaceutical equipment. During that time, Breauna was also looking for ways to invest in the future generation of engineers and address educational barriers and inequities. This led her to help design curricula and craft the core values for her graduate program. Breauna continues to dedicate her engineering and design skills with her work as an educator to better promote care, belonging, and advocacy for all students. In her personal time, Breauna enjoys mentoring young adults, salsa dancing, playing guitar, and watching tv.
