|Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
In an effort to curb the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) the college has suspended all in-person campus visits. Given the uncertainty of the situation, a date has not been set for when the campus will be open to visitors. We are working on developing virtual resources that will allow prospective students to learn more about Olin. Be sure to fill out our inquiry form and refer back to our website to take advantage of these resources. For more information, and to read the latest on the college's response to the Coronavirus, please visit the College's COVID-19 website page.

Who can visit?
During October: Current seniors in high school or students who for other reasons are applying to attend college in Fall 2020.
During April: Students who have been admitted to Olin College for entry in Fall 2020 (Class of 2024).
How can I visit?
You can request a visit by selecting a visit date and filling out the Student-Hosted Visit Form. This form will open by September 1, 2019.
After your request has been submitted, our student Hosting Coordinator will e-mail you to connect you with a host and arrange your visit!
If you would like to visit Olin but feel that traveling to campus would be a financial burden, please note that in the additional information section of your request form and send an email to Susan Brisson, Director of Admission, to request assistance.
Prospective students are welcome to visit Olin for an overnight visit through our student-run volunteer hosting program! Overnight visits are designed to help you learn more about Olin College and what it’s really like to be a student here! Overnight visits are offered on Sunday - Thursday nights during the months of October and April.
Please note that Overnight visit requests are filled first-come, first-serve and are based on the availability of our overnight hosts.
What happens during an overnight visit?
You’ll arrive at the Admission office during the day to meet your host—a current Olin student-at a time arranged by the two of you. You'll accompany your host to classes, and the host will show you around campus, introduce you to other Olin students, have dinner with you in the Dining Hall and attend any club meetings or other events that you’re interested in. You'll also sleep in an Olin residence hall. We ask that overnight visitors please plan to leave campus no later than 5:00 PM the day after their overnight.
What should I bring?
Bring any clothes and personal items or toiletries you need for a one night stay. If you can, you should also bring a pillow, blanket, or sleeping bag. You can communicate with your host in advance to determine if you need to bring any other items. We will provide you with three meals (dinner, breakfast and lunch) in our Dining Hall free of charge.
Can’t stay for an overnight? Prospective students are also welcome to come to Olin for a day visit during the Fall semester! You’ll still have an Olin student host, and you’ll get to accompany them to classes, eat lunch in the dining hall, and meet other members of the Olin community! You can request a day visit by completing the Student-Hosted Visit Form. Day visits are offered on weekdays only during the months of October and April.
Please note that Day visit requests are available on weekdays only and are filled first-come, first-serve.
