William (Bill) Colehower is a facilities and campus planning leader with decades of experience in higher education, currently serving as Olin’s Interim Facilities Director.
Colehower served in senior roles at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), including Director of Project Planning within Campus Construction and later Senior Advisor in the Office of Campus Services and Stewardship. His work has focused on capital planning, infrastructure systems, sustainability, and campus operations.
Prior to MIT, Colehower worked in architectural practice with Shepley Bulfinch Richardson and Abbott, specializing in institutional planning. He has also been active in national higher-education planning organizations such as the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), contributing to professional conferences and thought leadership in campus development.
