Jessica McCarthy is a Program Director in the Office of External Programs and Partnerships and the Program Director of Olin's flagship senior capstone program (SCOPE). She joined the Olin community as the BOW (Babson/Olin/Wellesley) Collaboration's Program Coordinator in 2013. During her time at Olin, McCarthy has served on a number of committees including the 2019 Presidential Search and Staff Connections. 

Jessica earned her M.A. in English Literature from Middlebury College’s Bread Loaf School of English and her B.A., magna cum laude, in English with a minor in Biology from Hamilton College.  She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Before arriving at Olin, she was a Program Manager for Johns Hopkins University’s Center for Talented Youth and a teacher/coach/dorm parent at a New England boarding school. Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
