Susan Mihailidis

Susan joined Olin College in June 2016 as the Director of Corporate, Foundation, and Sponsored Programs. In 2018, she assumed additional responsibility for academic administration and is now the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. Working closely with the Provost and Dean of Faculty, she has responsibility for the planning and allocation of financial, space, and equipment resources and managing human resources matters related to faculty. Susan also supports faculty members’ impact goals through securing and managing internal and external financial support.

Outside of her core responsibilities and whenever possible, Susan thoroughly enjoys opportunities to co-create with students, helping to guide programs such as Expo, Build Day, and Fauxmencement.

Prior to joining Olin, she worked in non-profit fundraising at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, and in corporate marketing. She graduated from Colby College with a bachelor of arts degree. Outside of Olin, Susan enjoys cheering on her two kids at their many sporting events, reading fiction, and being outdoors.
