Frequently Asked Questions
You can register for the weekend on Eventbrite here.
The fee covers registration logistics, materials, refreshments, and other activities. The Saturday night Reunion Dinner is for alumni only and tickets must be purchased separately. All alumni and their guests are welcome to attend.
You are encouraged to register online as early as possible so we can ensure that there is enough food, drink, and seating for all guests. Limited registration will be available onsite if event(s) are not at capacity.
It is not necessary to register current Olin students, however all family members and guests should be added to your registration.
All fees paid for events are non-refundable. However, you may choose to re-direct your payment to the Olin Fund.
Guests planning to attend should stop by the Alumni and Family Weekend check-in tables outside Milas Hall (in case of rain, we will move indoors). Check-in tables will be open from noon to 5:00 p.m. on Friday and from 9:30 am – 11:30 am on Saturday.
Guests should park in Lot A. Handicapped accessible parking is available in Lot A.
Guests are welcome to log in using Olin’s visitor network. To access service: from your list of available networks, choose OLIN-VISITOR. Users will be prompted for a simple visitor registration.
All events will take place rain or shine. Please pack accordingly for fall weather in New England. In the case of dangerous weather conditions, outdoor events will be relocated. Please refer to the Alumni and Family Weekend website and online schedule for information about inclement weather.
At this time we are unable to provide a virtual option to those who cannot attend. We will share photos and videos post event.
Please note dietary restrictions during registration, and every attempt will be made to accommodate.
Recommended attire for most Alumni and Family Weekend events is casual. Comfortable footwear is recommended for events where walking is required. An umbrella, rain jacket, light sweater or layers can also be helpful in case of rain, air conditioning, or cooler weather.
Face masks are optional on the Olin campus.
Donor ribbons will be attached to name badges to recognize those Alumni and Parents who made a gift to the college during the last fiscal year. We are grateful for the support of our Alumni and Parents who continue making the Olin experience possible for all our students.

Questions about Alumni and Family Weekend should be directed to vcloudenduval@olin.edu. If you have questions while on site you can stop by the registration tables from noon to 5 p.m. on Friday, October 18 and from 9 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 19.
