Stacey is a student affairs leader, attorney, mediator and coach who has worked at the intersection of law, equity and student development for more than two decades.
She is best known for her student-centered leadership and ability to humanize even the most complex processes. Her early work in civil rights and advocacy continues to shape how she leads today – with deep respect for community, justice and voice. She believes that when we listen deeply and lead boldly, change becomes possible.
Prior to Olin, Harris served as Dean of Students at William & Mary, following leadership roles at Boston University, Lesley University and Monmouth University. Harris holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, a B.A. from Curry College, and certifications in mediation, restorative practices, social justice mediation and professional coaching.
She lives in Bedford, Massachusetts, with her wife, Jessie. They are the proud parents of Torin, a 2025 Boston University graduate, and Zion, a professional ballet dancer with Ballet Pensacola.
