Join us for the 2026 DJS Social Impact Showcase!
Come and engage with teams of Babson, Olin, and Wellesley (BOW) students as they present their capstone work grappling with pervasive social challenges like environmental justice, Indigenous sovereignty, public health, food security, climate adaptation, and structural inequality.

Design Justice Studio (DJS) students from Babson, Olin, and Wellesley are collaborating for positive change by:
- Analyzing and packaging air quality data building awareness and capacity for agency,
- Co-designing with STEM youth educators to disrupt the legacy of structural exclusion,
- Designing a medical device to detect infant hearing loss to improve life outcomes,
- Manufacturing cassava processing machines to equip women against gender inequality,
- Standing with Indigenous communities to counter the impacts of sand mining, and more!
Teams will give 5-minute summary presentations followed by an interactive poster session. Come engage students grappling with pervasive social challenges like environmental justice, Indigenous sovereignty, public health, food security, climate adaptation, and structural inequality.
