Jess Charlap joined the Olin community in 2022 as Program Manager in the Office of External Programs and Partnerships (OEPP).
In this position, Jess is instrumental in the development and delivery of programs involving academic, industry, and non-profit partners, as well as alumni engagement and programmatically aligned fundraising.
A lifelong learner, Jess recently worked as a marketing strategist in the architecture industry before pivoting to higher education. She mentors startups formally through Cleantech Open Northeast, MassChallenge, and MITdesignX, as well as informally. Climate change is what keeps her up at night.
