Part 3: Wind Energy
Alternative energy systems. Storage. Wind. At a growing rate, Olin alumni are moving into these fields, learning about the hard problems, and finding solutions.
In our third session, alumni Meg Lidrbauch, Ellie Funkhouser, and Erika Boeing will introduce you to all aspects of the wind industry - from innovative rooftop turbines and flying, to tethered offshore turbines, to utility-scale behemoths - and the myriad skills needed to help it thrive. Together these kickass women have nearly 20 years in wind, and have worked at everything from small, nimble startups to large multi-national corporations.
