Improving the Wire Harness Assembly Process

With the increasing complexity of modern aircraft, the quantity and complexity of required wire harnesses have increased dramatically. On current production lines, some traditional fabrication methods are still being used, despite the demand increase. Our project aims to use new technologies to streamline the aircraft wire harness assembly process, with a deliverable of designs for manufacture to be implemented within a year of project completion.
