Intelligent Seafood Quality Assurance System – Phase 2

The Olin College SCOPE student team will build upon prior exploratory work in seafood quality assurance. The Phase 2 team will develop and evaluate an early-stage system integrating sensing, engineering, and automation methods to support greater consistency, efficiency, and employee experience in seafood processing. The project will focus on improving system robustness, operational readiness, and performance under a broader range of processing conditions
