“The challenges facing our planet and its people are immense. Olin’s ‘secret sauce’ is that its students, faculty and staff are this amazing blend of bright and passionate innovators who are working to be part of the solution.”

As a Director of External Programs and Partnerships, Sally has responsibility for alumni programs such as Frank Talks and the Learning Labs, as well as corporate collaboration with places like the Greentown Labs cleantech incubator in Somerville, MA. Greentown Labs is an example of a partnership that brings talent to these climate tech companies, and introduces Olin students and faculty to opportunities to work with cutting edge technologies that are shaping the future of our planet.

Prior to this position, Sally was Director of Post-Graduate Planning since joining the college in 2007.  In the career center, Sally and her team worked with students and alumni to find their passion and advance their careers, facilitating recruiting events and workshops, and supporting the job search and grad school application process.   Before Sally joined Olin, she spent 22 years in various roles at Bose Corporation, where she most recently built the University Relations program, working with the best engineering colleges nationwide to bring engineering talent into the company.
